It needs to comprehensively consider factors such as the shape of the casting, the convenience of demolding, and the difficulty of mold processing and manufacturing. In addition, the design of the exhaust system should not be underestimated. During the aluminum die casting process, if the air in the cavity cannot be discharged in time, it will be drawn into the aluminum liquid to form pores. Cleverly designing the exhaust groove or using the gaps of structures such as inserts and push rods for exhaust can effectively improve the quality of the casting.
The cooling system of the mold is like a "temperature regulator" for the mold. Reasonable layout of the cooling channel can quickly take away the heat transferred from the aluminum liquid to the mold, realize balanced control of the mold temperature, thereby improving production efficiency and ensuring the dimensional accuracy and organizational performance of the casting.
